Getting Started
How do I schedule an initial consult?

How do I pay my invoice?
Once you have completed an appointment or refill request form, your provider will approve your desired prescription and send an invoice for payment. This will be delivered as a link via text and email. Upon opening that, patients will be brought to an order checkout page, where you can select medications, packages and plans, add-ons, and any of the products Ivim has to offer.
We do recommend paying close attention to the subscription agreement you will sign before completing your purchase, as multi-month medication plans do require membership for the entire duration of treatment.
Additionally, due to supply constraints your pharmacy may have changed. Please be sure to review your personalized dosing protocol prior to your injection.
Product Questions
Does my medication have a Beyond Use Date (BUD)?
Medications obtained from our partner compound pharmacies come with a designated best-used-by date, which indicates the period during which the medication is expected to remain effective and safe to use. It is important to be mindful of this expiration date.
When you receive your prescription, take a moment to examine the bottle for the BUD date clearly printed on the label. Adhering to the guidelines and instructions provided by the pharmacy is essential for your safety. These instructions are put in place to help you manage your medication correctly and to maximize its efficacy. You can always consult with our team or providers if you have any questions or concerns regarding your medication’s expiration or proper usage.
Which compound pharmacy will my medication come from?
We carefully select our pharmacy partners who compound the personalized wellness programs our providers prescribe. Which pharmacy your medication comes from is dependent on your geographic location, the licensing agreements and state legislatures there, and the availability of medication in a timely manner.
Our pharmacy partners adhere to the following criteria: follow USP requirements, are PCAB compliant. These facilities are FDA regulated (require routine inspection & monitoring). Medications are tested for purity, sterility, & stability. Patient safety and health are our top priorities.
It is is important to note that due to supply constraints, your pharmacy may change with each order. Please be sure to review your personalized dosing protocol prior to your injection.

Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable with your medication regimen, whether you’re new to these treatments or looking to refine your injection technique. Why do I need a telehealth visit?
At Health Haven Clinics, uniquely tailored clinical care and safety are our number one priorities. During your initial consult, a physician will review your specific medical history, current medications, and other health-related information to ensure that the supplements you have selected are both safe and specific to your wellness goals. Our providers, who have extensive knowledge and expertise in personalized wellness programs, can help determine a course of treatment that is designed for the health journey you have in mind. After your visit, a prescription will be sent to one of our FDA-regulated sterile compounding pharmacies, and the supplements will be delivered directly to your door.
My prior authorization was approved but my local pharmacy is out of stock. What should I do?
It can be quite frustrating when you rely on a specific medication and find that it is out of stock, and with the demand of GLP-1 brand name medications, this can sometimes be the case. In such instances, pharmacies are mandated to perform a one-time transfer of your prescription, which allows you to obtain your medication from a different pharmacy that does have it available. To proceed, we kindly ask that you identify another local pharmacy that carries your medication along with the prescribed dosage. Once you have located a pharmacy that meets these criteria, you can request a transfer of your prescription from your usual pharmacy to the new one. If you find yourself struggling to locate a pharmacy that has your current dosage in stock and is able to initiate the transfer for you, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you and can help navigate the situation to ensure you get the medication you need in a timely manner.
