These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS Service (“Service”) provided by Health Haven and its affiliates (collectively, “Health Haven”), through our third-party service provider. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms as well as our SMS Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service. Health Haven reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using this Service, you confirm that you are:

3. Opt-In

Signing consent forms at our clinic or events

Sending an SMS keyword to our designated number
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Health Haven to the mobile number provided.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to our designated number.

After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from us.

To rejoin, you may opt in again at any time using the same methods described in Section 3.

9. Prohibited Use
