Health Haven and its affiliates (collectively, “Health Haven”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Service (“Service”), which we make available to you through a third-party service provider. This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. Health Haven reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this Policy for your convenience. This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
“Personal Information” means information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number or user/screen name, as well as any Personal Information that you choose to include in messages you send through the Service.
What Personal Information is Collected
Through the use of the Service, Health Haven will receive the following information from our third-party service provider:

Each message that you send through the Service (either to us or to other users of the Service) is stored on our servers. We retain these messages on our servers. Health Haven utilizes servers and services owned by third parties.
Disclosure of Your Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Security
Health Haven takes precautions to ensure the security of your Personal Information, including ensuring that our third-party service providers protect the security of your data. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your Personal Information despite our efforts.
You should note that in using the Service, your information will travel through third-party infrastructures that are not under our control (such as a third-party SMS delivery platform or your carrier network). This Policy does not apply to, nor can we protect, any information that you transmit to other users. You should never transmit personal or identifying information to other users.
Opting In
A mobile user may opt-in by:

Entering a phone number online.

Sending a Mobile Originating (MO) message containing an advertising keyword.

Filling out a paper form that includes their phone number.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Opting Out
Health Haven’s third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service at any time. You can opt out by texting “STOP.” After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS message indicating you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages. We reserve the right to send you certain communications related to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the ability to opt out of those.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 18, and Health Haven does not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years old. Children aged 18 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are under 18 and have your parent’s permission to use the Service.
Intended Audience
This Service is intended for medical professionals, employees, and contractors employed by Health Haven or otherwise contracted by our customers; for patients; patients of our customers; or patients of facilities and medical practices supported or managed by our customers. This Service is not intended for any children under the age of 18 without the permission of such children’s parents or guardians.
